- Attend your scheduled office visit for testing or blood draw.
- Receive your test results electronically.
- This approach is particularly suitable for individuals residing in the Greater Chicago area.
Order-To-Ship Test Kit:
- Place your test order and make payment online.
- Choose the "Ship Test Kit Option" during checkout.
- Once your kit arrives, perform your test or blood drawn and return it to us.
- You'll receive your results electronically.
- Shipping is free on orders of $460 or more.
- If your order is below $460, a shipping fee of $65.00 applies.
- Your test kit includes a prepaid return label.
- Expedited delivery may involve extra charges.
